Many thanks to Shane O’Brien for facilitating our latest Coaching & Development session which included a practical demonstration and a workshop on coaching. It was great to hear his insights. Well done to the Coaching & Development Committee for organising and thanks to Irish Defence Forces for partnering with us in their local Cathal Brugha Barracks.
We had over 60 attendees on the night which was very engaging. Commencing with a practical session on coaching with the Under 21 squad, the large group then moved into the auditorium after a quick cup of tea, where Shane hosted a workshop on coaching, the club environment and the club’s vision.
