Dear Kevins Hurling and Camogie Club members,The club is preparing its next strategic plan. As you know, we have had an online Kevins’ survey for everyone to fill out. Although the response has been high, over 120 responses, at this stage, we would like to make one last push to complete it.
In particular, we would like to have more responses from younger players of all codes in their late teens and twenties (currently, 71.8% of respondents are aged 35–50, but only 8.5% are aged 22–34 (we have useful material from younger, under-age players, thanks to some of our members efforts). In particular we would like more responses from female members of the club (currently, survey responses are 62.4% male to 36.8% female)).
We want to hear your opinion many things; on the club’s culture, its aims and objectives, and the profile of its membership. There are also further sections for players, parents, and coaches. What you think the club’s priorities should be on facilities? Are you interested in volunteering and where? The survey shouldn’t take you too long, there are multiple choice questions and also spaces for texts to express your opinions. You may do this anonymously, or give your name, that’s up to you. In any case, all information and data will be kept private, according to GDPR, and only visible to the Strategy working group. No opinions expressed here will be linked to anyone in future reports, and the data will be collated and presented in graphic form in the strategic plan.
We will close the survey on Friday 25th September 2027.
Many thanks,
Vincent Hennessy
