Well Done To The AHL10s Squad

Well done to the third adult hurling team who won the AHL10s League last Monday.

Their win against Geraldine Moran’s will place them top of the table once the last round of fixtures are applied where Kevin’s have a bye. Kevins have only dropped 2 points this year to Ranelagh Gaels who themselves lost 1 and drew 1.

The AHL10s squad have been improving every year since they were set up. Initially relying on social media hurlers until some underage teams came of age, they now have a good mix of experience and youth which includes veteran Conor Bracken who won his first adult title back in 2001. Conor went on to hurl minor with Dublin and was also part of the 2002 team that won the Intermediate championship and reached the Leinster Junior final. Only a gasún of a lad back then, Conor is now the elder statesman guiding the young lads as they start their journey into adult hurling.
