Camogie Awards Night 2023

The club has grown so much in recent years we’ve had to split the awards nights as we didn’t have a venue big enough to host everyone. Tonight was the turn of the camogs and apart from celebrating a great year of success the girls were also celebrating 30 years of camogie.  The awards ceremony was held in the F2 Centre in Rialto and it was great to see such a big crowd of players and parents.

After a brief overview of the history of camogie in the club,  Jack Murray hosted a round table with Jenny Kearns, Louise Brennan and their fathers who Patsy Kearns, Gerry Brennan who got involved back in the early days.  We also had some special guests from the Kilkenny and Dublin camogie teams who joined some of our juvenile players on another round table with Jack Murray.

Congratulations to all the award winners tonight and thanks to Eoghan Redmond for the photographs below
